This light filled North Bondi Semi was a ground up rebuild, retaining the original footprint and creating a seamless flow from entrance to lounge. Custom day seats and built in dining benches for flexible function and visual linking of the spaces. This family of 4 can now enjoy the transition from indoor to out with large sliding rear doors to a leafy spacious garden with dual function step/seating in rustic recycled brick. The bathrooms feature limestone flooring, handmade Spanish wall tiles and fittings in a rustic brass patina. Nadine from NNDesign has created an open stairwell allowing light to beam through to the casual dining area. Furniture selected enhances the beachy feel in whites warm greys and blues. A complete transition from dark federation semi to light filled open spacious beach home.
